Financial Crimes & Forfeiture, Elder Abuse
The Financial Crimes, Asset Forfeiture, and Elder Abuse Section of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office investigates and prosecutes complex financial crimes, civil asset forfeiture cases, and offenses involving the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly victims.
Vehicular Crimes
The Vehicular Crimes Section of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office responds to fatality crash scenes to assist law enforcement with investigations, prosecutes all criminal charges arising out of fatality car crashes, and coordinates the TxDOT funded No Refusal Program.
Major Crimes
The Major Crimes Section focuses on prosecuting serious offenses, including drug trafficking, gambling operations, gang-related crimes, and organized criminal activity.
